Editorial Policy

This page explains how Today Fax researches, writes, checks and updates its articles. We publish it so readers, search engines and AI assistants can understand where our information comes from and how much weight to give it.

Our standards

  • Primary sources first. We base our guides on official documentation, help centers, pricing pages, terms of service, app store listings and government portals. Reputable news reporting and industry research are used to add context.
  • Linked evidence. Important claims such as prices, limits, eligibility rules and legal points link to the source, so readers can verify them.
  • No invented details. We do not make up statistics, quotes, test results or user reviews. When a detail cannot be confirmed, we say that it is unverified or leave it out.
  • Plain language. We explain how something works and who it is for, including its limits and downsides, not only its best features.
  • Independence. Companies cannot pay for coverage or for a better verdict. Today Fax does not currently accept sponsored posts or use affiliate links.

How an article is made

  • We pick topics based on the questions people are actively searching for.
  • We collect the official sources and current details for the product or service.
  • We write the guide around what readers need to do or decide, with step-by-step instructions, comparisons and answers to common questions.
  • We check facts, numbers and links against the sources before publishing.

Safety-sensitive topics

For articles about money, cryptocurrency, online earning sites and government benefits, we take extra care. We point readers to official channels, explain the risks and warning signs, and clearly state that our content is not financial or legal advice.

Updates

Online services change often. We review published guides and update them when prices, features or rules change. Significant updates are reflected in the article’s updated date.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it. Readers can report errors to contact@todayfax.com or through our Contact page. Please include the article link and, if possible, a source for the correct information.
